Monetary Policy alone will not fix the 2011 Recession. This is because it was tried by Timothy Geitner, Secretary of the Treasury. And so now we have 5% Geither Inflation.

Traditionally 5% Inflation happened when the economy was at Full Employment. But now we have the end of recovery (5% Inflation) caused by monetary policy and yet the unemployment is 9.1%

For the Recession of 2011, Monetary Policy has proved itself to be fruitless. Fiscal Policy is the only rescue. 

 Remember the 4% unemployment of Presedents Clinton and Kennedy?
